What is Social Work?
 It is both a discipline and profession which immerses oneself with actions regarding helping people with various aspects of life. These people encourage others to fulfil their social roles and problems. Through these actions, they also provide enough potential for transformations in the society. A social worker also focuses on people who lack the courage to tackle problems in life head-on. Mostly a social worker will work only within the confinement of his/her office. How can one become a Social Worker?

To start with, one has to identify which stream of social work one wishes to adopt. After the selection of work, inquire about the bachelor’s degree associated with the selected trade in social work. Earning a bachelor’s will assist you to get an entry-level position in caseworker position easily.
After obtaining a bachelor’s, head to the community to understand the present state and understand the needful work to be done for the community. Create groups to work and complete the same. Make reputation through conducting various tasks. It is recommended to take Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Through this masters, one can be a licensed clinical worker.
